Celebrating our very first wheel of cheddar crafted in 1993. We still collect fresh milk from Ashgrove family farms each day; golden, nutritious milk from free-range cows grazing on natural rye grasses found only at 41 degrees latitude. You can taste it in the strong, savoury, but never overpowering flavours that make this cheddar distinctively Ashgrove. Aged 18 to 24 months on traditional wooden planks for superb complexity and the perfect crumble.
