This impacts the 10-year maturation process and delivers a smooth whisky with a hint of sea salt. This bottle is one of two distinctive styles in the Aerstone's range - Smooth & Easy - their taste profile clearly defined on the bottle and pack. TASTING NOTES: Lightly-toasted almonds, sweet cotton candy and a gentle vanilla oak, balanced with a touch of tannin. SERVING SUGGESTION: Serve neat or with a couple of drops of water (to bring out the flavours).
