Every time we taste this wine it makes us wonder how De Bortoli makes such a great pinot noir for this price. It has so much going for it, starting with an incredibly fragrant nose full of cherry fruit, earth, dried herbs and florals, yet it's more savoury in profile and on the palate. Medium weighted with a fine smooth palate. A terrific, vibrant, affordable all-round pinot. Gotta love that!
