Our aromatic, signature Pure Basmati, loved for its long and slender grains, is the perfect accompaniment for all of your favourite dishes. Perfect with Chicken Tikka Masala. Marinate chicken in natural yoghurt and Tikka paste. Fry chopped onions, garlic and ginger and add the chicken. Once browned, add chopped tomatoes, water, salt and pepper. Cook for 15 mins then add butter, lemon juice and double cream. Serve with rice. For a delicious vegetarian alternative, replace chicken with paneer and spinach
