Vanilla Bean Panna Cotta Prep time: 15 min Cook time: 15min Serves: 6 Ingredients: 2x 230ml Nestle Reduced Fat Cream 200ml skim milk 170g tube of Nestle Sweetened Condensed Milk 1 tsp vanilla bean paste 2 1/1 tsp gelatine 250g punnet strawberries, hulled, sliced horizontally Method: 1. Place Nestle Reduced Fat Cream, milk, Nestle Sweetened Condensed Milk and vanilla bean paste in medium saucepan over medium heat; bring to boil, remove from heat and whisk in gelatine; pour into six 1/3 cups (80ml) dariole moulds 2. Chill for at least 4 hours or overnight. Turn out onto a serving dish and top with strawberries.
