Evaporated Milk is made from low fat milk with approximately 60% of the water removed making it a concentrated milk that gives your cooking a creamy taste and texture. It is shelf stable making it a versatile alternative to fresh cream. Ideal creamy cooking ingredient for creating pastas & risottos, or you can use in sweet cooking such as baked cheesecake and banana bread. Simple Banana Bread Skill level: Easy Prep time: 15 min Cook time: 50 min Serves: 12 Ingredients: 1 3/4 cups self-raising flour 1/4 cup plain flour 1/2 cup caster sugar 1tsp ground cinnamon 3 pieces overripe medium bananas.
